Connect Your PSA (Autotask / ConnectWise)

Auto-create tickets from OpenFrame alerts so they land in your PSA queue.

Steps

1. Integrations → PSA → Pick your platform
2. Paste your API credentials (Autotask: API user; CW: integrator login)
3. Map: alert severity → ticket priority and device tenant → company
4. Run the test trigger — a [test] ticket should appear in your PSA within 30s
5. Toggle Enable for production
