Confirm Your First Device is Connected

After installing the agent, you should see your device in the OpenFrame dashboard.

Steps

1. Open your tenant dashboard at https://your-tenant.openframe.ai
2. Navigate to Devices in the left nav
3. Confirm your device appears with a green Connected badge

What if it doesn't show up?

• Check the agent log: tail -f /var/log/openframe-agent.log (Linux/macOS) or Event Viewer (Windows)
• Confirm outbound 443 to *.openframe.ai is open
• Verify the enrollment token is current (tokens rotate every 24h)
